Quantum begrüßt die Heidemann Küthe Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB im BON5 in Düsseldorf. Die Anwaltskanzlei mietet das siebte Obergeschoss des Büroneubaus. Insgesamt bietet das Objekt rund 6.000 m² Bürofläche, die individuell und flexibel gestaltet werden können.
Hamburg, 16.04.2025 | Der Büroneubau BON5 in Düsseldorf-Golzheim umfasst acht Geschosse (inkl. EG) mit rund 6.000 m² Bürofläche, die individuell und flexibel als Einzel-, Gruppen- oder Openspace genutzt werden können. Für das siebte Obergeschoss konnte jetzt die Heidemann Küthe Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB als erster Mieter im Gebäude gewonnen werden. Die Kanzlei wird die Mietflächen im Herbst 2025 beziehen. Der Mietvertrag wurde von Savills vermittelt.
Das BON5 verfügt über eine zweigeschossige Tiefgarage mit Fahrrad- und PKW-Stellplätzen sowie E-Ladesäulen. Im vierten und sechsten Obergeschoss befinden sich begrünte Dachterrassen mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität. Die Büroflächen sind ab einer Größe von ca. 400 m² anmietbar.
