Flexible and without compromise: That is the new motto of the Limespark in Sulzbach (Taunus) near Frankfurt am Main. Acquired by Quantum in May 2021 as a prime light industrial property, the approximately 22,300 sqm of rental space will now be given a flexible usage concept tailored to the market and future tenant requirements as part of modernization measures.
Conveniently located in the heart of the Rhine-Main region, space from approx. 200 sqm is now available to let for medical practice and therapy facilities, modern office concepts and efficient and easily accessible light industrial uses. As a special feature, the light industrial space on the first floor can be flexibly combined with the offices on the upper floor. Depending on the type of use, future tenants will find themselves in one of the CUBES: ENERGY CUBE, MED CUBE, MY CUBE, MULTI CUBE or the DUO CUBE.
Since the modernization, around 2,500 sqm have already been let and four new tenants have been acquired for the Limespark. A urology practice and a physiotherapy facility with a medical training center have already moved into the MED CUBE. The rental space in the MULTI and DUO CUBES has attracted companies from the fields of medical research and development and event marketing, which have also already moved in or will do so shortly.
Modernized rental space is available in all CUBES. A new feature is the option of renting the MY CUBE as a separate building with approx. 2,300 sqm of available service and office space and presenting your own brand accordingly.
"With every property, it is important to us to tailor it precisely to existing and potential tenants and to continuously develop the potential for value appreciation. With the Limespark, we have a convenient location in the immediate vicinity of the international airport, not far from Frankfurt city center, but still in the countryside. We offer flexible space and a lot of individual design, large storage and service areas in combination with offices. This is special in this location and attracts tenants from crisis-resistant sectors such as research and technology," says Arndt Buchwald, Managing Director of Quantum.
