We offer investors full and comprehensive services relating to investments in senior housing, working closely with respected partners – private banks and capital management companies. As a professional portfolio and asset manager, our aim is to offer our investors attractive and sustainable investment opportunities in the senior housing sector with our funds, which offer attractive long-term yields above and beyond capital preservation.
Our approach is to apply a smart investment strategy, active portfolio and asset management and sophisticated risk management to maximize current yields and the value development of our properties, as well as minimize risk. In all of our mandates, we develop investments strategies and strategically relevant investment decisions individually with our investors.
Over the past 15 years, SHI managed to deepen investor trust and steadily increase the number of properties in its portfolio and its assets under management (AUM) to nearly 500 million Euros. SHI has made some large and successful portfolio sales in 2018. Two major portfolio acquisitions were made in 2020. Currently, SHI has over 100 million Euros in investment capital, so the previous AUM volume will be exceeded in the future. Further capital increases have been announced by the investors.
